Who is this program for?
The program is designed for:
-
New or aspiring directors;
-
Established directors;
-
C-suite executives who sit on a board.
The workshops are for directors in all sectors — whether they are in a listed or unlisted company, a not-for-profit organisation, or a public sector board, and regardless of size.
Our workshops are designed to help you gain deeper knowledge and uplift your skills in:
-
Stakeholder Governance & Engagement; and
-
Policy, Politics & Regulation.
The workshops will be run over two half days. You can attend either or both courses.
The Stakeholder Governance & Engagement course will consider a broad range of stakeholder groups, while Policy, Politics & Regulation will do a deep dive into government and regulators as a stakeholder group. As such, both courses complement one another.
The workshops give you the essential concepts and tools you need to apply in your role as a director and guide the board through these critical strategic and risk frameworks.
The workshops are an opportunity for you to:
-
Deepen your knowledge around the foundations of Stakeholder Governance & Engagement and/or Policy, Politics & Regulation
-
Interact with peers to share insights and expertise; and
-
Understand how best practice boards manage and oversee these key matters.
